Events Studio, Inc. is a family owned Photo and Video Production company located in Daly City, CA. Established in 2004, Events Studio, Inc. has helped film events ranging from birthdays to weddings, family reunions to corporate events. Hiring the right vendor does make a difference. Wedding is a live event and there are no retakes in such event. It must be done right the first time. By having us document your wedding, you get the exceptional benefit of a creative eye with the ability to capture flattering angles and compose terrific shots, the skills to anticipate important moments and ensure that emotional moments are captured forever.

The best way to pre-plan the best shots and get a feel of how the event will unfold is by attending your rehearsal, which we make it a point to attend. We know that nothing goes exactly as planned, so we have to be able to think on our feet. But just being there gives us one more advantage to ensure you get the shots you want and for the event to proceed as smooth as possible.

We always dress formally. This is simply a respect for your ceremony, and it helps us blend in and remain unobtrusive.

To make sure that we capture every detail of the function, we have embraced the new era of advanced digital recording technology. This latest technology enables us to provide superior video imaging even in dimly lit locations.  We also use the latest computer-based (non-linear) editing system. This allows true creative freedom by enabling video edits and changes to be made at the click of a mouse. As a result, dramatic scenes are more emphasize to support the emotional mood of the footage.

Our Packages

Our services are designed to give clients the flexibility to design a package (custom package and standard packages are available) that works best with their budget. We don't charge by the hour, instead, we do it per project (e.g.. ceremony is one project, reception is another project). We operate a minimum of 2 videographers/photographers with a maximum of 4 (based on site requirements) without an additional cost to the client. By doing it this way, we eliminate any surprise charges (e.g.. overtime, etc..) at the end of the event.
